About This Blog
Traditional gyms can be great for a lot of people, but they aren't always accessible or affordable for everyone. I know that going to a public gym can also be a total sensory overload. Why commit to a fitness routine if it's just going to stress you out?

I started writing this blog because I've spent so much time looking for fun, easy, inexpensive workout routines that I actually want to do, and I'm excited to share what I've learned along the way. No, there isn't a one-size-fits-all fitness plan, but hopefully, you'll find something here that works for you.

As someone who's dealt with body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and social anxiety, I understand how toxic the online fitness and diet community can be. I really want to encourage people to work out because it makes them feel good, and not just as a means of losing weight.
